friendly technician and after looking at rooms I wanted to treat it was important to me to hear that the special of $109 for 3 rooms would still apply. A friend of mine did not have such a good experience with zerorez when she had her carpet cleaned. So I was a bit worried that I might have the same issue.

I liked the fact that what was advertized actually happened. So many times businesses will promote things, only to not follow through on what they promised. I was very pleased when I had a spot pop back through my carpet and Josh came back and worked on it and got it removed. He was very professional and was truly concerned about our satisfaction.

I don't know really how to answer this questions as this is the first time I've had my carpets professionally cleaned and so I have nothing to compare it with.

My husband even commented about how good the carpets looked after being cleaned by Zerorez! (THAT'S never happened before.) Even when I had to ask them back to re-treat a really small strip, they arrived within only a few days; and, again, were really friendly and efficient.
