The technician was thorough and on time, listened to my concerns about specific areas, and represented the company well. The process was explained to me, the price was as quoted on the phone, and I didn't feel any pressure to be upsold on other service options.

What do you like about our products and services?

Had a problem after the carpet was cleaned on Monday,I called the office on Tuesday morning, and the person in the office was very nice, and we had a nice young man, Josh, here first thing Wednesday morning, he re-cleaned the areas that were soiled from the first shampoo. We had the problem taken care of with kindness. We are very happy with people, results and will highly recommend this company.

I was disappointed that there was no "orange" smell when I came home from work and walked into the house. The last time you folks cleaned our carpets, there was an orange smell for almost a week. This time there was nothing like that. I appreciated the techs telling us why then could not clean our sofa and loveseat, rather than just trying to clean it and possibly tearing the fabric.

I liked that you called ahead of time to let me know that you were coming. I also liked the fact that you didn't have to use a water source....everything you needed was in the tank that your serviceman brought with him.

The individual who came to my house was VERY friendly and personable. He made sure to go over the whole house with me, asking for any places I was concerned about. He was great with my 11 year old when he was asking questions about the process. They were able to get the job done the day after I called at a VERY fair price. Will never use anyone else again!!!
