The gentleman who came to clean our preschool carpets was very thorough. He talked with me about the very few stains that he was unable to remove. He applied a stain resistant coating to our carpet and he gave me a free bottle of stain remover! It was, by far, the best experience I have had with having our carpets cleaned. Thank you!!!

The carpet gets very clean and doesn't attract more dirt, just like you advertise. Also, the specials you offer are a good value. The servicemen have been incredibly polite, friendly, helpful, and competent at their jobs.
The job was done well. I was happy with the service. The tech was friendly and helpful and the stains came out ok. It seemed to me to be similar to other carpet cleaners, but will see how the empowered water is after I view it again. This was a vacant property that we will resell, and I left when it was wet and will go back to view as it should be dry now.
