Fantastic job on my carpet, super nice and courteous employee, introduced himself and was very friendly, fast and efficient. My only complaint was having to pay $35.00 extra for my hallway. Thought that was kind of steep considering there wasn't a lot of space to clean in my bedroom since I didn't want to move the king size bed. All in all a good experience and yest I would recommend to a friend absolutely.

Punctual, professional, the service man definitely knew what he was doing and we neat about it. I think I have better air flow through my vents since I had the ducts cleaned out.

The guys were early. They did a great job and we're in and out in less than 45 minutes.
I've used Zerorez before and we'll use them again. The last time we used someone other than Zerorez, our dog was so swollen up, he looked like he was going to pop. Never again. We've never had that problem with Zerorez and they've always left the carpet looking great.

I only would like to say, had the cost for a $150.00 for an office of 16' x 26' and I had moved everything out of the office, so Matt only had to clean the carpet seem thing of high. Went Zerorez only charges a home for $75.00 per room, which my office is not much bigger then a living room. This will be the only reason; I might not have Zerorez come back. Thank you.
