I liked everything about Zerorez cleaning our carpets. The associate cleaning our carpet was very friendly & helpful & did a great job. I guess I really like how they use no chemicals or soap. It didn't really take that long to dry and afterwards we were left with a wonderful soft & clean smelling carpet. We have had them 3 years in a row now & will probably have them back next year. It seems every year I have a stain or spot that they need to remove & they special treat the area and remove the stain. Very happy customer.

The service man was prompt and here when he said he would be...very courteous, offered the protection option for an add'l $20., and explained it to me when I asked about it. He did an excellent job of the cleaning and your machines in that truck really do the job nicely. Someone told me prior to my cleaning, that it was all very noisy but it was not at all that noisy. Any machine that is turned on makes some kind of noise and it was just fine...and not the least unbearable. He also gave me a bottle of Spotter,...(thank you...)
I was so happy about the clean and not-smelly results, that I plan to do the other 2 rooms this fall or next year, and I am thoroughly going thru all of my "Stuff", and tossing out or giving away, and resting more, keeping my home clean on a more routine basis, and reading and writing more letters to the people I care about. I am a 62 year old widow, still working full time, and on my own. The cost was more affordable than I had anticipated. The great service and care for my carpet did more for me as an individual than you'll ever know. Thank you

I like the idea on no soap. Had my carpets cleaned several times but after cleaning never felt like new - had a stiff feeling to the fibers. The technician took lots of time answering my questions about the process and was very polite. I would prefer you to use my initials - SJW or First name removed W. rather than my name for promotion.
