We think the carpet looks cleaner then when we had it cleaned by another company. That fella told us he couldn't make it look better and we just needed to pull it up. Kyle was very nice and stopped to play with our pets as we talked about what i wanted cleaned.

My carpets were clean without being really wet and there was no soapy residue, just soft carpet.
