I liked your plan to let the customer know what time the technician would arrive on the day of the carpet cleaning.

I liked the fact that he was prompt. I liked that the technician explained what he would be doing, how long it would take to dry, etc. and answered any questions. I liked the technician. He was a very hard worker. I thought the whole procedure from the time I initially called was very professional.
