The technician was knowledgable and steered us toward replacing some pet damaged carpet when he didn't think he could get the stains out. We really appreciated the fact the he didn't charge us hundreds of dollars to do a job he knew we wouldn't be happy with. We did have him clean two other rooms and some stairs, we were very happy with how that was done. We will definitely use again.

The person that came to my house was very personable and profesional. He was also able to look through our house and was able to tell us exactly what was needed to clean the carpet.
