Everyone I dealt with was very friendly including the gal on the phone when I made the appointment and the young man that did the cleaning. He (Tyler) asked me each time before he did anything if it was ok with me, which I appreciated. He did a thorough job of cleaning and really made my carpet look and smell so good. I have already acknowledged the wonderful job he did my sharing on my Facebook page. However I do have a concern with a small area that seems to be showing a stain again. I am wondering if it would need to be spot cleaned again? I don't want to cause trouble for Tyler as it is not his fault at all. You may get a double email from me on this as I tried 2 times earlier to send this and it went into error each time. The tech was very polite, friendly and efficient. I appreciate your cleaning process and the carpeting looks fantastic! The drying time was about 6 hours with a large fan running but that is less time than with the two other companies I've used in the past. Zerorez was recommended to me by two coworkers who have used their services and been very satisfied.

Cleaning was effective. Quick response when requested additional treatment on floors that were left very wet. Second technician did a great job on wet floors and pet spot. Pet treatment seems to be effective, although there is slight residual odor. Would like to have the area treated again.

My carpets look great, spots came out better than I expected. Had the carpets cleaned on Friday and they are still damp in places and it's Sunday, perhaps they could have been gone over again to pull more of the water out. I still have not replaced my furniture.
