No odor.......however, we are still waiting for our receipt. We were to.d it would come via email but we have not received it yet. Need it as we bought spot cleaner and it isnsupposed to be free from here on out. Need a receipt to show that. Thanks.

The Zerorez representative arrived in the time frame promised. He was courteous and professional. I had requested the additional "pet" carpet treatment, since we had an old dog that had had several "accidents". I thought I had cleaned those spots well with commercially available products. However, the Zerorez rep used a black light to show me the pet stains that remained; he treated the carpet, then deep cleaned the carpet. This service was more expensive than what we had in the past with a local competitor, but the job was more thorough and the result was a cleaner carpet.
