They have been out to our house 3 different occasions and each time the job was done very well. My carpets I thought would not come out were really clean when they finished. All the employees were polite, friendly and acted in a professional.

I like the fact that it is a more environmentally friendly method of cleaning. The rooms smelled fresh and clean and the carpet feels soft.

I liked that scheduling was fairly easy to do (talked to a real person on the phone), that the appointment date was the same week (worked in MY timeline), that your follow up call with timeline took place as expected. Also, your email telling me what to do in advance was useful. I appreciated that the service call time was short - the technician was efficient, and I felt I could visibly/immediately see the cleaner carpet. NOTE, I did not like the excessive perfume scent of the detergent - that can be dialed back a great deal; it was borderline noxious.

Lastly - You do NOT need to email me 3 times in two days for feedback!
