I loved the power infused process of cleaning my carpets with Zerorez!!! They looked and smelled so wonderful after the service man was finished. The citrus fragrance was so pleasant. I have been telling all my friends about Zerorez!!! I really love that no shampoo or harsh chemicals are used. Zerorez IS the future of cleaning carpets!!! The service man was very polite and courteous. The time it took to clean was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Zerorez again!!!

Courtesy of the person doing the actual cleaning. Our carpets look good. Arrived just a little later than time estimated which was fine. Have not received area and runner rugs sent back to the store so cannot comment on those.
