Very friendly and excellent service. I like how clean things turned. However, I wish I had not requested the sealant spray at the end. Now I feel like I have a residue that sticks to my feet.

I'm truly satisfied with your service. We ordered carpet cleaning service online on Thursday evening for Friday afternoon because we were planning to move in town-home on Friday evening. Everything went smoothly: at 8.30 I received a message that order was accepted, service guy Devin Hamilton called me about convenient time and he came in time as it was appointed. Then Devin thoroughly inspected floor and carpet. He found some spots of urine on the carpet and he calculated the total price for the job. After the price consideration he cleaned all carpet and tile floors in our house. All was done well and he used a non-allergic spot removers that vital important for me. In addition, Devin presented me a bottle of Zerorez Spot Remover which was very kind of him. Thank you Zerorez team

Tyler, the young man that came to do my carpets was very professional- introduced himself- told me the process he was using, etc....I have hard wood floors and he was very careful as to not just drag his equipment. I do like the pretreater...not sure it got a few spots...but I can work on it.

Tile cleaning

The man that came out was very friendly and did a very good job. Our carpet came with the house so is about 9 years and it really helped the way it looked when dry.

The cleaning really lifted the nap of our carpets, I was very pleased.

There was a pricing conflict and the technician took care of it promptly. There were no heavy scents, the carpet was just damp and dried very quickly.
