We have had Zerorez clean our carpets once a year for the last several years. I am impressed with the job they do and how friendly and polite the personnel are. I also love the spot cleaner they give me each time. Works better than anything I have ever used.

We had pet issues so paid for extra biological solution for each room. We have paid for for this before but this is the first time your employees left for 15-20 minutes while it "worked.". Actually longer. The trainee took a cell phone call from his wife, apparently wanting to know when he was coming home. He shared with us then he was working 16 hour days but as long as training he was paid hourly but next week he would be on commission. Maybe TMI to share with customers. Makes us wonder if the cost of the walk through becomes increased over the phone quote, as ours always been by several dollars, then your employee get a percentage of the overage. Makes us wonder if costs of services are inflated during the walk-through. The other young man was very professional as we have experienced with other numerous times we have Zerorez in our home. The carpet looks great. And we appreciate you working us in so quickly.

Professional Service

Overall, this was a best carpet cleaning we have experienced. The young man who did the cleaning, Josh, was very pleasant and answered my questions. There were 2 small spots that did not come out and it almost seemed like a very small part of the carpet did not get cleaned. We did not notice this until after Josh had gone. In all fairness, I went through what needed to be done quite quickly and was busy polishing wood trim and doors while he was doing the carpets. We would not want anyone coming back at this time to take care of this.

The technician was dealing with outside cold temperatures that was freezing up the air line to the home but kept a smile on his face and was not to going to let the weather get the best of him. He wanted it done and done right.

Thanks to him we had a cleaner smelling home immediately.

The carpet looks great. The guys were professional. Felt they gave us a fair deal. When I was told that the living, stairs and hallway is considered 3 rooms, I felt like a bit cheated. A quarter of the living room is ceramic tile, the stairs don't have a landing, and the hallway small. When the workers saw the situation, they readily agreed to clean the traffic area in the bedroom as well for no extra charge. That made us feel like Zerorez cares about the client.
