You normally have a time that works for our schedule and you've had good luck getting stains out of our carpets. Also, the carpet isn't overly wet when you finish...it dries very quickly.

Very good experience. Called ahead, a bit early even; was right on time. Very pleasant employee who did a very thorough job. He was also conscientious of some ceiling treatment that blew off in the process (that spot was weak anyway and was not his or Zerorez's fault).He worked really hard to keep things neat as the storm was in progress and it was hard not to track in a lot of snow.

Dried in a good amount of time, smelled fresh and lemony but that only lasted for a short time, after 5 years of no cleanings, was very pleased ,, fella missed a few spots that I had to point out, like directly under cupboard on the dining room side, was still dry,, he did however take care of, also still a bit dirt under airflow vents,, but other than that a good 9! Very pleased and I will be using you again someday.

I could not believe how quick the dry time was, and the fact that the stains we had in our family room ALL came up - just with water!!!

Our carpets were clean, smelled fresh, and spots were gone. Our technician did a very nice job of explaining what he was going to do and responding to my concerns about particularly dirty areas. The prices were competitive for the services requested and provided. We were able to get an appointment much quicker than I would have expected.
