My carpet is as clean as I had hoped and I very like that no synthetic cleaner was used. As a 22 year cancer survivor (my cancer was caused by the environment), I use only natural products in my home. I have a small dog that has had accidents and those spots look good...I will not only recommend Zerorez, I will use it again myself. The young man who serviced my carpet was polite and courteous, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I like that the cleaning is done with water no chemicals. I would like to comment that I was under the impression that if all lamps and items were moved off end tables that they would be moved and the carpet under these end tables would be cleaned as well. That was a lot of unnecessary effort to move all that stuff if only the trafficked areas were cleaned.

we were very happy this time. the stains are better. the second guy tried and they are better but have been there to long. we are completely satisfied and will keep you in mind when we are ready to clean them again. thank you for the second try.

The person who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable about Zerorez. When I asked him if the protectant used was petroleum based, he called someone to find out the answer, which showed he was definitely customer service oriented. I appreciated his checking into this for me. I chose not to have the protectant used on our carpet, even though it is water based. I will use Zerorez again.

don't use detergent

Its a little early to say how good the quality of your work as it has only been one day , but it looks very good . They came when they said they would , worked on a Saturday , called before they came , and were finished in under an hour . Very professional .

Your employees are professional and personable- from the person that answers the phone, to the people that come into my home to clean the carpets. They truly seem to take pride in the service, the product and most of all the quality of the job that they do.
