The customer service was excellent....to making the appt. to reminding me about the appt.
She said he would call between 11:00-1:00 and he did. He meet my parents at my house and just did an excellent job. My parents were very impressed with his friendliness, prompt and courteous service. My carpet looks great...even after three dogs. Thanks again.

Your cleaning actually seemed to make the carpet look a little lighter and brighter. We had the carpet cleaned about three years ago by some one else and noticed no difference in the way it looked.
