No chemicals. I started using no chemicals on my tile over 5 years ago as well as with other cleaning devices, focusing on sterilizing and steaming with water. Try time was good and technician was fantastic, polite, and knowledgeable.

Gary is very willing to cooperate with people's schedules - follows up exactly like he says he will, has technician call ahead of time - very well organized.

I have 12 year Berber carpet and it was cleaned only 1 time in the past. So it had some good wear patterns. And I thought that they would not come out. Well after 1 day you can hardly tell where they were. The carpet is nice and clean and I like the fact that no harsh chemicals were used. They were at my house within the time specified. And for the three rooms were out in less than 1 hour.
