Carpets came out great. The Zerorez employee was very nice and also very professional. Arrived promptly and answered questions I had.

Zerorez was timely, courteous and professional in all respects The results at our home were about 98% excellent and when I reflected that there were a couple of small stains that were not completely removed, they immediately contacted me and arranged a return visit to try to address the issue. This was even after I had told them that the return visit wasn't necessary and that overall I was very satisfied. Their unsolicited action to attempt to make us 100% satisfied (rather than "98%") was immediate and genuine. That return visit has not yet occurred, but I am confident that they will make every effort to resolve the issues. I am a realtor and have and will recommend Zerorez to my clients.
