The shampooing may have saved our sanity - due to keeping my Mom's elderly cat that thinks the carpeted hallway is a big long litter box and possible saved us from having to re-carpet the whole house when she is gone.

It have been 2 days and the carpet still looks fresh and no odor.

Technician was efficient and left no mess.

This was the 2nd time Zerorez has cleaned these carpets & I was very pleased both times.Josh Shelp was the associate this time and was very pleasant and helpful with tips for future care. Would request him on future services.

What do you like about our products and services?

My tech was wonderful! I had the biological treatment done and he took time to explain the process to me & answer all of my questions. He gave me his yellow glasses and actually took the time to show me the areas that needed attention. He was very informative, thorough, and worked with me on pricing after taking the time to understand my budget. I have 2 small children, a cat and dogs, so my house was pretty chaotic that day, and he was extraordinary with the circumstances. He spoke with my children and was very laid back a mist the chaos. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will request him every time! Thank you for employing great people!

What do you like about our products and services?

Cleaned and freshened my carpet. We have numerous pets so needless to say....it needed a good cleaning.
It dried quickly and wasn't crunchy like a cleaning service I used in the past.
They were quite a bit more expensive....but they did a better job too.

Our carpets look amazing! Our technician was helpful, kind, and very informative. The power on our side of town had gone out when our tech was due to arrive so we were planning on re-scheduling. Our power came back on and be turned around so we could keep our appointment.
