I liked the promptness of the technician and that you call ahead and set appointments. The technician was very friendly and told us what he would be doing. The carpet looked and felt great after it was cleaned and dried. We did have to call back and have the steps cleaned again but that was good. They came back, no questions asked and fixed the problem. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and I will use them again in the future.

Fast and smelled great

Low odor, water extraction vs. wiping methods. Impressed by plastic corner protectors for hoses and cords, I appreciate that as a painting contractor. Also blocks under furniture and provided footies for my family. Chris was very polite and worked hard and efficiently.

Carpet did seem a little crunchy after it dried,made me curious what causes that, hopefully not dirt rising to the top or salt residue. I know traffic and vacuuming will clear that up.

That it is just water, and my carpet doesn't feel sticky or crunchy afterwards.
