I felt the technician did a good job, was timely and worked hard while in my home. I did feel the price was a bit higher than your competition and for the amount of time it took to do the work. When I set up the appointment, the person I spoke with said the technician would "measure" to make sure the quoted price was correct. The technician told me the price as he came in to do the work and there was never any discussion that it was correct or not.

Speedy and efficient. The carpeting appeared as desired afterwards.

first - awesome people - got out stains that I thought would never come out and my carpet is nice and soft not crunchy and smells great. price was also great. did my tile floors about three years ago and they looked brand new and still look that way. Zerorez is the way to go.

Fast and did a great job

I love that the carpet is clean, and not full of cleaning chemicals. I've called with two "animal" emergency clean up needs and both times you've made time to come the next day! Very friendly, and excellent customer service!

This is my second time using Zerorez and both service guys have been very nice and particular with cleaning as well as being careful around my stuff and pets. Oh yes and the carpets are very clean & not sticky. :-)

Have used you in the past with great success. And was able to get the exact appointment time I had hoped for. Your serviceman missed one spot I wish I could have him come back & redo :( But maybe next time.

Came back no questions when not pleased with initial cleaning

I liked that the Zerorez guy had me check out each room before he moved so that he could make sure that I was satisfied before he moved the equipment to the next area of the house.

The serviceman was super sweet and polite. The products seemed to have worked for the most part except in 2 areas in which I was hoping it would help but not surprised it didn't, although one of the areas is considerably better but still smelled a bit. But I would gladly use you again because you are better than the rest.

The stain guard works really well.

No odor from chemicals. Good drying time. Josh was our service tech and did an exceptional job. Very courteous and friendly.
