The technician was well-groomed and very pleasant. Arrived on time and finished in a very satisfactory time. The carpet cleaned up pretty well but I wish I would have known that beer is hard to get out of the carpet; I would have paid the extra for the extra attention to those stains. Scheduling was easy!
