Everytime Zerorez comes over the carpet looks brand new, with white carpet and two German Shepherds that should be impossible! It dries quickly so we can put our rooms back together and get on with our lives, and they have wonderful customer service.

They get the carpet clean, better than other services we have used. And they are very fast.
I think they may have not spent enough time on a couple small high traffic places. Those two were not as clean as usual (we have had Zerorez clean our carpets before).

Only thing was the orange aroma was too strong had leave in middle of the night as was so sick not able to stay the full night. The clean fresh smell will be worth going back to I am sure.
2 things come to mind - it was tough to get through the phone line to ask about the time frame I was scheduled - can't this be assigned at the initial point of contact to have a little more time to prepare (ie moving futniture, etc.)?
I would suggest that the tech put his shoe covers (don't know what they're called)on in the house rather than outside and then walking back and forth outside/in into dirt, etc. and coming back in. Just my thoughts..

I had your services two days in a row. My carpet still had stay as I noticed some differences in the service. Both were great but the first a guy was being trained. They used the orange number cards but no tarp on my wood floor. The second service did. I am not sure but I don't think the trainer used a carpet rake like the second visit. Both visits were very nice people. The second was very good in explaining your process / machines in truck. One think I noticed and this lies in my poor understanding perhaps but the two visits did have differences in advice in how to get a stain up from carpet. I suggest a sheet with helpful directions and or recipes for stains so al techs give out same advice
