Products/services are efficient and neat; tech was careful, confident and polite. Furniture dried quickly and the cleaning product left no odor. However, I expected to see a greater difference between the "before" and "after" on my chairs and sofa. Perhaps these items weren't as soiled as I thought. The biggest "clean" difference was the kitchen tile/grout. Most likely because this area gets the most use and was more soiled than the bathroom/entrance flooring.
