I liked: (1) The way the phone conversation went when I called for an appointment. (2) The courteous phone call before the service man arrived at my home. (3) The way the service man I believe his name was Eric) looked, clean and dressed nice. (4) The way he went to work and his manner of "we want our clients happy, then we are happy" attitude. I was not totally happy after the carpet dryed and everyone I visited with about it had the same attitude. (5) They did not make me feel bad for requesting a return visit; they wanted me happy.
NOW I am VERY HAPPY, the second time around made my carpet clean and perfect. I called Zerorez to clean my carpet because I was so happy with them when they cleaned my duct work. I have and will continuie to tell people how happy I am with Zerorez.
The technician is courteous and respectful of my furniture and my carpets are thoroughly cleaned.
Doug, the Zerorez employee that came out was very professional and friendly. I can also say that Zerorez was able to remove stains that I didn't think would come out. Yes, it does take a few hours after the process for your carpet to dry, but it is worth it. I highly, highly recommend this product.

The guys were very friendly and carpets looked great..had a couple stains come back when dry where my dog threw up butter. .and I did pay for pet treatment and my other dog pottied in same spot as b4 cleaning..overall great job..I used zerorez b4 and will again..thank you..Name removed

The response to the couple of areas that didn't come out well after the first cleaning was excellent. I was immeditetly contacted after leaving my review. As with the first visit, the serviceman was on time and professional. The second cleaning took care of my concerns and all areas look as expected or better. I have already recommended Zerorez to a coworker and I will definitely call the next time we need to clean our carpets.
