When I used ZR earlier this summer for my home I was impressed with the detail the cleaner demonstrated. I was not as impressed with the cleaner that we used last weekend for a neighbors house. I did not feel he had as much attention to detail.

The technician was very thorough wanting to know of any trouble places. He was friendly and visited, but here to clean the carpet. He finished the job quickly, but professionally. I will certainly use this company again. Also, he called ahead of time with an estimate of when to expect him.

I had my carpet cleaned with your firm almost 5 years ago and thought you did a fabulous job. Now I don't feel it is quite the job I got before. I thought there was a pleasant smell when it was done before but this time I did not detect that smell. It didn't seem to get the doorways as well as before either. My carpet was not that dirty even though it had been several years. I do feel that the reason I was able to go that long before having it cleaned again is because of your formula that evidently keeps it from attracting dirt. For that reason, I will probably get you to Clean my carpet next time also.

as a health care provider who specializes in lung disorders, I appreciate that Zerorez uses a minimal amount of chemicals to clean your carpet. Asthma and carpeting don't mix for several reasons, but the Zerorez method cleans the carpet in a very responsible way to at least make living with carpet tolerable. as for the cleaning techs, they are prompt and reliable. keep up the good work!
