My only complaint is calling over and over to make appointment and waiting an unmanageable amount of time on hold, finally giving up. After three tries on different days, I finally went to website and sent a request that way. Someone called me several hours later.

The appointment was done in an hour so I had plenty of time to do what I needed. The process has no toxic chemicals and IS soap free to alleviate dirt being collected back on the carpet.
