I like that most of the stains came out of the carpet. The carpet looks like new after you clean it. I knew some stains were not going to come out & you did a great job on the others that I didn't think would come out & did. Thank you.

I liked how they took time to look over the work we needed done and explained what they were going to do. We had duct work and carpet cleaning. The technicians were professional and cleaned up after the job was done.

Having white carpet and kids is not possible but somehow Zerorez made it look new!! The grout on our tile floor looks new too. Staff was friendly, prompt, and knew their products. Plus the house smelled amazing!

On the first appointment with Zerorez, we were not happy with the results. A second appointment was scheduled and the second technician removed almost all the remaining spots and did everything he could. Thank you for honoring your guarantee.

The smell of the citrus cleaning fluid lasts a long time and the carpet dried fast and feels soft!

Friendly staff. End result was great. It was very expensive (I opted to have some furniture cleaned in addition to my carpets which greatly magnified the price) but worth it for my family. The employee did leave behind a large white jug of water on my doorstep and a blue funnel on my driveway. I'm not sure what to do with them.
