My house looked great! He treated the stains that needed to be treated. He told me exactly what was to be expected with any stains of which may not come out and some would. The ones that didn't come out did look a lot better. Over all we are very happy with the service and would use this company again in the future.

This is the first time I've used a professional cleaning service but I really like how clean and soft my carpet was after they dried...I could tell there wasn't any soap residue left behind.
