Free refills of spot cleaner. This time the technician used a brush cleaner that deep cleaned the high-traffic areas - pretty amazing the amount of stuff it was able to pull up.

DaShawn Cason did a great job on our two rooms! He was courteous and professional. He went right to work inspecting the carpets to determine pretreatment needs, pointing out up front a couple spots that may not come completely out. Then took his time cleaning. The carpets look great for their condition and age; even those spot areas are very, very minimal (and furniture will cover them). The charges were reasonable. I have heard Zerorez advertised on Van and Bonnie and decided to give you a try. I am not disappointed! Thanks! Name removed, Milo
