I like the fact that there is no soap residue, the carpets always look great, even though they are older, and they stay clean longer. The technicians are always thorough with the cleaning, and they make sure I know about all the options available to me. I would not use any other cleaning company!

It is very easy to book online and get an appt quickly. Zerorez communicated with me to remind me of my appt. Day of, the Zerorez technician called to say he was coming and showed up when he said he would. Jacob was very personable, answered all my questions and did a great job. So many times we have booked a repair person or contractor or other home service and they either show up late or not at all. Zerorez is extremely professional. It is a worry free experience.

Your cleaning products do an amazing job! My carpet now has an attractive appearance, very clean and sanitary! The service person, Augie, has top-notch customer service skills, was punctual, communication clarity, and hard working. Heather, customer service representative, was very easy to talk with over the phone and made sure all my questions were answered even when I called back. She is customer-oriented. Thank you all!!!

We got air ducts and carpets cleaned in an effort to help with allergies. Robbie and Theo were courteous and professional. They both made recommendations that helped with allergies. I’m hopeful this will help!
