profressional technician who was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Also was very good at dealing with a puppy that was very curious about him! Our carpets and couch look great after being cleaned.

Very thorough! My couch looks and smells great. My two dogs and my cat are on it for most of the day/night, so it really needed a good cleaning. Marino even vacuumed it for me, which I appreciate!
