I have had Zerorez in my home several times. They always do such a great job and leave my carpet clean and fresh. No worries for my pets, totally safe for them and me. I love my pets but they can be naughty. Glad to have Zerorez to the rescue.

James came 9-11-21 to clean the carpet in three rooms in the house. He arrived on time, got straight to work with attention to detail. When he finished, he answered questions I had regarding drying time and how temperature within the house would affect that. He is a friendly and polite person to do business with. I would highly recommend him. I gave him a "10."

Everything was great! Zerorez is always on time (actually early the last couples times). Very accommodating and never rushes me when they are ahead of schedule. I have had two very thorough and detailed men clean my carpet. I felt they cleaned my carpet as they would expect of their own.
