The Zerorez service technician was polite and quick. We had a sectional couch that smelled of dog, and now it doesn’t! We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Sam was terrific! He communicated well while also being extremely efficient. He wasn’t able to promise that the carpet stains would be removed, but managed to get the carpet to near perfection. I will call them for any and all carpet cleaning, along with sharing the company name with my real estate clients.

Augie, my service representative was awesome. He called in advance to let me know what time he would be at the house, listened to my needs and allowed me to make some changes to my pre-planned approach. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on all of the cleaning that I asked him to do.

The formula that Zero Rez uses is amazing and works like a charm every time. The employees were extremely respectful, timely, and did a very thorough job. I’ve used Zero Rez many times and will continue to do so.
