I like the way my carpet looks and feels after cleaning. Your employee was pleasant and efficient.

We used Zerorez's services for the first time on April 27th, 2020, to have all of the tile floors and grout cleaned and the grout sealed in our kitchen, dining area, front entryway, and two bathrooms (and we wanted to have these tile floors done before we were having new carpet installed in the rest of the rooms of our home). The job was completed by a friendly and hard-working technician in about two hours. And it looked like everything was great. But there was a problem that we discovered a bit later that day. There was a film over all of the tile in all of the rooms, which left the tile looking and feeling unclean and unpleasant to walk on. We called Zerorez to let them know, and though it took a week before the scheduled redo took place (this took place during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic), the same technician recleaned and wiped off (by hand on his hands and knees) all of the floors at no charge. (And it was good that our old carpet was still in place and that our new carpet had not yet been installed). And though it was a bit of a nuisance to have our dining room table sitting in our living room for a week, Zerorez made things right. And that's what counts. That's why we are giving them a 10, and we will definitely use Zerorez's services again when it's time to have our new carpet cleaned.
