When I called months ago I was told we lived out of the area. Then I began to receive emails about signing up so as I chatted with someone they gave me a minimum dollar amount to come to this area and we were able to work it out. The young gentleman, I think his name was John, was very professional and explained the services. He was a hard worker and he was easy to visit with. There are a couple of spots that are showing through but overall he did a great job.

No crunchy carpet

The store looked so much better! I have to say I didn’t have much hope for a few spots! The service technician was super nice and did a great job! He went above to help spread out floor mats since I hadn’t mentioned those (not even thinking about it). Excellent!!Glad we chose Zerorez!

Tech takes pride in his work. He explained what he would do and allowed me to adjust to stay within my budget. He also provided tips for maintaining those floors. He was excellent!

Set ice was great and James was very conscientious about the job he was doing. Really appreciated how all the doorways were protected.

Ease of which to make appt and the communication reminding of appointment and call when on their way. Polite young man did the work within the estimated time frame. Furniture dried quickly.

Theo was my technician for my air duct cleaning service. He showed up a couple of hours early, but he did attempt to reach me to inform me of this. He offered to come back at my scheduled time, but I decided to go ahead and have him start early. I was glad he did start early, because the process took about 3 hours.

Theo was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and explained everything to me so I knew what to expect. He took before and after pictures of my vents and return vents to show me how dirty they were and how they looked after being cleaned. Theo was also accommodating by helping me scoot my living room sectional out a bit so he could get to the vents behind it. He even took the time to look at my furnace filter to see if I needed to replace it (b/c it was only a month old). I was concerned it would need replacing since my air ducts were so dirty. He suggested to keep it in place for a few days after the cleaning service to get all the additional dust that gets stirred up during the service and then replace with a new filter.

In addition, the office staff who have taken my calls regarding scheduling my service appointments and questions about the services I was interested in, were very friendly and patient. They did a great job explaining the different services and their processes. They were also understanding of my decision to re-schedule my carpet cleaning for a later date and was no hassle to do so.

I am looking forward to having my carpets and area rug professionally cleaned in a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to anyone who needs these types of residential services.

Everything was wonderful. From Heather talking me through my part :) to John being amazing with the little ones and patiently making sure all our needs were met.
