Zerorez is very responsive and accommodating. Absolutely love that the cleaning process is (somehow) soap/detergent-free! My only regret is not calling them sooner. It'll definitely become part of my periodic white-tornado cleaning regimen.

I used Zerorez a few years ago and was very disappointed in the service. But I decided to give it another try, and I was very pleased! The fact that the cleaning method does not make my carpet dirtier is a huge plus. The cleaning person was very polite and quite thorough in his work.
