Professional & great attention to detail

The techs are always friendly and do a thorough job.
Al's GPS got him to a different neighborhood, so it took him on the phone with me giving directions a little longer than was scheduled, and that has happened with deliveries, etc. in this neighborhood over the years.......so, just don't bank on GPS or Mapquest! ha!

Don was a great technician, he explained all the services and offered recommendations (pet area and protectant). He left us some shoe covers too, which was helpful. Carpets look great! Wish they dried faster, but nothing you can really do about that.
