Ricky Brown was great as always...the problem was with scheduler, who gave me a hard time to get Mr. Brown, my personal preference...and three different time were set up by Zerorez, finally Ricky did a great job! but what a hassle. I did talk with a nice Woman? there, and she was very kind about problems, and did get me a discount. I will continue to hopefully use Zererez next time with less hassle...Sincerely Name removed
No harsh chemicals/expertise in cleaning wool carpets. Both cleaning techs had great customer service skills and recommended using Woolite for spot cleaning- no other carpet cleaning services we used in the past ever did that.

The person who came out was VERY professional and kind. He took the time to move things around and clean. He also addressed any spots and concerns in the carpet. We like the fact that it's not chemical based since we have a young toddler and a pet. We'll be using Zerorez again!
