I have been using Zerorez for a few years and most of the time they do a great job. This past time, I was not satisfied with the carpet cleaning, but after calling them they came back out and made it right. That is a great sign of customer service. I will continue to use them because of this service recovery experience.

Gene did a great job and addressed all my concerns with existing stains. Only complaint is he was an hour later than the 2 Hour window promised when I made the reservation.

He explained all the options clearly, but without trying to oversell me on items that didn’t make sense for me, given we are replacing the carpet soon. And he did an amazing job clearing up stains, including a several months old spilled plate of spaghetti!

I love how there is no residue left on the carpets and they are so soft after cleaning. Luis Robels-Sandoval did a great job. Very friendly and very professional. At first I did not think the carpets looked that clean but after I compared them to a throw rug we had down that I did not have cleaned I was amazed at how clean they actually came! House smells much fresher also.
