Our technician was excellent. He knew just the right chemicals to remove the stain which unfortunately was a potentially challenging urine pet stain. He was courteous and very thorough. After the area dried there was a slight brown discoloration which we believe was a remaining residue from the chemical used to remove the stain. We're thankful that Zerorez is very willing to send a technician out to our home this afternoon to take a look at our concern and we feel confident that Zerorez will be able to resolve this situation.

Technician was very polite and did an excellent job. I was disappointed that I did not find out until 10 a.m. (the window for arrival was 8 - 10 am) that, due to a call-in, no one was available until later. It was actually after 12 pm when the technician arrived.

It was an excellent job except for some solution which was accidentally sprayed on one of the mirrored closet doors and on the base of a lamp in the master bedroom. Since the closet door is tall and heavy, I'll need to get some help cleaning it.
Also, I should probably not have done the carpet when it was damp and rainy as it was last Tuesday. It took quite a long time for the carpet to dry.

Overall, I was very pleased. The carpet looks great and the tough spots where the cat likes to lie seem to have been removed and Don, the technician was right on time, was very nice, and did a good job.

I really like the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals when cleaning my carpets, and instead uses hot water to flush out the staining item(s) from the carpet and sucks up the wet debris, leaving my carpet completely free of the original stain. By avoiding using unnecessary "cleaning products" other companies insist be used, there is no remaining product on my carpet to attract and hold onto new, daily dust and dirt. The gentleman who came out to clean my carpet was very polite, listened to my needs and concerns re: my new carpets and the warranty requirements, explained what he would do very clearly, and removed all evidence of the stains! I will certainly use them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs! They're awesome!
