Zerorez always does a great job when ever I call for their service. They are efficient and get my carpets and upholstery really clean and fresh!

We had a really great experience. We moved in to a rental property and could smell a lot of cat urine from the previous tenant’s cat. The guys used a black light to identify the problem areas. They treated the areas with an enzymatic product and then cleaned the carpets. The whole place smells much better now. The carpets really cleaned up nicely as well. Much brighter now.

Good smell

Everything has always been great! Love how it dries fast and the techs have always been nice and knowledgeable. Also love that it doesn’t smell overly chemically when it’s all done.

Both Luis and Thomas were very professional and thorough. We felt that we were in good hands in their recommendations and their work. They were very careful of our house/baseboard moldings -- very clever. I'm disappointed that our wool rug will take 2-3 weeks to be cleaned, but such is life. Maybe it will be two weeks! Thank you!
