We have used another service in the past,before using Zerorez. Our carpet looked OK. We did not like frequent calls to get another appointment set up. We tried your company after hearing April Z's ad on KOA and decided to give you a try, Our carpets have looked a LOT better. Your staff have always been knowledgeable and have done a superior job for us. Your staff is very professional. The way you clean the carpets make them look the best they can.

Zerorez did a very nice job on our carpets. We had stains in our art room that had been there for years and our technician got them all out! He was very friendly and handled the job with great professionalism. We had all the carpet cleaned in our home and the carpet looks fresh and bright again! So happy to know about Zerorez, will definitely use them again!

I love that my cat can walk on the clean carpet right away.

I do not like that the stain from the last stain cleaning is still there plus a new stain from the vacuum part of the cleaner. it looked ok at first glance but has gotten more pronounced as they dried.

First, I would like a receipt. I thought I was supposed to get it by email but didn’t.

What I like about your services are the techs. Don was both professional and pleasant to work with. My only suggestion is to make sure all areas are suctioned as dry as possible.

Quick, professional, personable (and dries fast too!).

Gabriel was a great technician who was able to remove the remaining brownish cast from our previous cleaning. He was very helpful and even waited for the area to dry to be sure the stain was completely gone. During that time he cleaned our sofa and love seat which made a big improvement in their overall appearance and brought our 5 year old furniture back to like-new furniture. Please pass along to him our appreciation for his excellent service to us.

Great technician and service. Love how carpet looks. I will say however, there was some question regarding the price for the carpet cleaning. Phone person who scheduled my appointment had a different price that technician doing service!! I could have misunderstood. Next time I will ask more questions to make sure of the cost.
