We've used Zerorez for nearly 10 years; They are prompt, flexible with their scheduling, calling ahead as promised; Always a soft feel to carpet after cleaning; technicians are always willing to explain options and pricing to help bring the fees to our comfort level, are always courteous, respectful, clean cut, wear booties, place edge guards on all corners, protect hardwood surfaces and wipe up footprints after cleaning is complete. We wouldn't use anyone else. Just wish they could offer a more generous repeat customer discount.

The lack of chemicals

My carpets look incredible!! There were pet stains from a sick pup and they are gone like magic!

He seemed very knowledgeable about installing the carpet pad and was very helpful about moving items in the room which I could not lift or carry.
He was very pleasant and I felt comfortable with him.
There was enough pad to also put under a carpet in the bedroom. I like the result. The carpets do not seem to wrinkle or to "crawl" as badly as they used to do and therefore are not a tripping hazard.
