Excellent service from Louie and his co-worker (sorry I don't recall his name). The spot was completely removed and the carpet is back to it's original look. We appreciated that they stayed here until the area was dry to be sure there was no browning or ring left after they thoroughly cleaned it - which can sometimes happen with our type of carpet, but this time it looked perfect after it dried. We also appreciated that your carpet cleaning scheduler could work us in on the day we called to see if there had been any cancellations.She was extremely efficient and helpful in finding a window of time on that day, so we didn't have to wait until the following week when we would have been having our wooden floors refinished - might have cause quite a "traffic jam" at our home to have all that going on here at once.

We thought that Steve did a very good job and he was very pleasant to work with. He was good with our dogs, too, which was so appreciated. The tile looks brand new. The technicians were quick, super friendly and completely thorough. They offered services where warranted (pulling and tacking the carpet) but I didn’t feel like I was up sold. The carpet looks good but the tile is really incredible

I like that there isn't a chemical smell or weird feeling on the carpets after they're cleaned. We have a toddler and I feel good knowing we don't have to restrict where he can go until the carpets dry completely. I also really appreciate how upfront the technicians are about the possible recurrence of stains and/or odors. It's so helpful to set that expectation up front!

I am absolutely amazed how well my carpets came out I had an older carpet cleaned in my sons room and I was amazed that it came out as clean as it did.

I used Stanley Steamer once and they couldn't get the carpets as clean as zerores did, I will never use Stanley Steamer ever again I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Our carpets turned out beautiful. I love that the carpets don't get as wet with Zerorez as with other commercial carpet cleaners. I have tried others over many years and Zerorez is now the only company for me.

Very clean carpet

Well....I already sent you an e-mail. Steve came and was so respectful of me and my home. Honestly, after having two different carpet cleaners in here, Steve did 100% better cleaning than either of the others.

I am thrilled and wasn't afraid of him either. When guys show up at the door in piercings and tattoos, I'm always leery.
