Promptness, quality, courteous service both scheduling and the cleaning, no selling of product or services, no dirt left behind! Also the price when you can keep it low as mine was. This allows room in the budget to have a few extra things to be cleaned if needed.

Great customer service and product.

I am a new customer and this was the first time I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. The technician did a great job removing spots in the carpet. It looks brand new again and there is no chemical smell which is why I called them. I'm so happy and impressed with this company. Not only will I call them again to clean my carpets but will be telling family and friends about my experience.
