We have used Zerorez before, but it was several years ago. The technician arrived on time and was very personable. I appreciated that he explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect when finished. I was pleased that the stairs looked better than I expected. He also had time to clean the floor tile in the bathroom, which was not on the initial request. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.
