The gentlemen that came to clean our carpets were so professional and kind! I was so pleased with the way the carpets turned out and the description of the products being used made me feel like they were safe for my family.
I have heard that Zerorez folks do a good job. I haven't been back to do a smell test but hope that all or most of the urine smell is gone.
Your techs do a really good job, I like the process, no residue left in the carpet. Kenny is really good and very accomadating.
If I may, what I don't like is the quote of $119.00 for three rooms and then adding the extra $11.00. If it is $130.00 that is what you should quote. I think it is a shoddy way to do business and probalby confusing to a lot of customers. So clean your act up and quote the full price.

I was very impressed with how well they were able to clean my carpet even the old pet stains that had been cleaned before. I also appreciated that they came back to redo a couple of small stains that didn't quite come out the first time. The employees were very friendly and took the time to explain the care and maintenance of my carpet.
I like that the cleaning water leaves no residue in the carpet that would advance wear and tear appearance. I like the fresh, clean feeling that the service left on the carpet. I like that my carpet and upholstery were left looking and feeling good as new.
