I like the way the carpet looks after Zerorez cleans it and it stays cleaner longer. I wish you would just be completely upfront about all the prices and not mention the price for your special water later on. That is kind of like another company charging for the soap to clean the carpet.

The Zerorez technicians are all great, and they take the time to do a thorough and careful job. Also, Zerorez is OK for someone like me with multiple chemical sensitivity, since I don't react to the smell of the carpet afterwards. It's nice to know I'm not putting toxic chemicals in my carpet.
