The services were great. The technician was professional and answered any questions we had. Our carpets look GREAT and don't have all the soap/cleaner residue. My wife had purchased some special discount from a cleaning company online. We spent all morning moving furniture and preparing to have our carpets cleaned. The company cancelled on us at the last minute. Zerorez came to our rescue and was able to get a technician to our house the same day. Truly a class act. Thanks
