Apparently the product/process works cuz our 16 year old carpet looks terrific once again. We had some ripples that were restretched and the accumulated dirt from constant traffic over the high spots got quite dirty looking. After it was cleaned, one came out completely, the other has just a slight dark tinge yet. I think if a few more minutes were added to that spot it too would of been gone. I am not at all dissatisfied with the cleaning, but I scored a 9 of 10 only because of the price. We really wanted to get our basement cleaned but it became too much to include. Nice going ZeroRez!

I love that there is no residue in the carpets and they are soft like new. You technicians are so well trained and polite and they call before they arrive. Wynton was the best of all the technicians I have used. He even added an additional job for me at the end of the day when he was finished. I will personally ask for him each time.
